ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Habeas corpus petition is filed challenging the order of detention passed by the second respondent against the detenu - OOMAITHURAI, in C.NO07/G/IS/TPR (C)/2014, dated 08/08/2014.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the impugned order of detention has been revoked by the Government in G.O.Rt.No.4754, Home, Prohibition and Excise (X) Department, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 26.09.2014. Copy of the said Government Order, submitted to this Court, shall form part of the record.

3. Recording the above, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
