ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings of the second respondent dated 19.03.2015 as illegal and without jurisdiction and to further direct the respondents to make a fresh allotment of Shop No:J 112 in Koyambedu vegetable market in accordance with the Order of the Supreme Court dated 26.11.2013 in SLP [c] 8202 of 2011.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that subsequent to the filing of this Writ Petition, the shop has been allotted to the petitioner and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. 2/4

3. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 12.12.2022 vrc To
