A.No.6587 of 2015 is filed to transfer the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- with accrued interest from the file of XVII Additional Sessions Court, Chennai (Fast Track Court No.1) Chennai in O.S.No.10076 of 2010.

2. A.Nos.6588 of 2015 is filed to pass an order of payment out of Rs.4,22,300/- to the applicant/3rd defendant, which was deposited by him.

3. A.Nos.6589 of 2015 is filed to pass an order of payment out of Rs.10,00,000/- to the applicants/ plaintiffs, which was deposited by them.

4. The abovesaid applications are not opposed.

5. Accordingly, the applicants in the respective applications are permitted to receive the deposited amounts along with accrued interest and the applications are ordered.
