This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the Third Respondent to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 25.01.2020 for proper enquiry to take criminal proceedings against the 4 to 8 Respondents.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions submitted that the respondent registered an FIR in Crime No.48 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act.
