ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of the first respondent in reference No.110128/E2/3/2022 dated 10.02.2023 and the consequential order of the 2nd respondent in reference No.9866/E4/2023 dated 16.02.2023 and consequently to direct the respondents to retain the petitioner in the same station at Coimbatore. 2.

Though the writ petition has been challenging the order of transfer in pursuant to the issuance of charge memo, now the petitioner has joined in the transferred place. That apart, in pursuant to the charge memo, enquiry was conducted and submitted enquiry report. The petitioner also submitted explanation for the enquiry report. However, final order has not been passed so far.

Therefore, the first respondent, who is being the disciplinary authority, is directed to pass final order on the charge memo 30.12.2022 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
