ORDER
The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 09.01.2026 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 5(1), 5(m) r/w 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 and Section 65(2), 87 and 127(2) of BNS in Crime No. 3 of 2026 on the file of Respondent Police, registered on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) reported that the present case has been added with offences under Sections 5(1), 5(m) r/w 6 of POCSO ACT 2012 and 65(2), 87, 127(2) BNS ypUe;J @ rl;lg;gphpt [ 5(1), 5(m) r/w 6 of POCSO ACT 2012 and 65(2), 87, 127(2) BNS and 3(1)(w)(1), 3(2)(v) SC/ST (POA) ACT 1989.
