This writ petition has been filed for direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.12.2012 to regularise the service of the petitioner as Time Scale Tractor Driver of Koradacherry Town Panchayat, Thiruvarur District. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
