ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 17.06.2015 and to proceed further in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petition enquiry in CSR.No.841 of 2015 was conducted by the respondent police and the same was closed for non co-operation of the petitioner.

4.Mr.Jayakumar, learned counsel appearing for the intervener submitted that the transaction is purely civil in nature and it is between the builder and his client. 5.Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police and co-operate with the enquiry. The respondent police is also directed to conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with law.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
