The petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 31.05.2016 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 336, 427, 397 and 506(2) IPC in Crime No.981 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is alleged to have robbed a sum of Rs.1,200/- from the defacto complainant at knife point.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that he has been falsely implicated in this case.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has opposed to grant bail to the petitioner stating that the petitioner has involved in two previous cases and that if the petitioner is released on bail, he will tamper the witnesses.
5. Since serious allegations have been levelled against the petitioner and he is involved in two previous cases, this court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for by the petitioner and the petition is dismissed. 27.06.2016 kal
