Seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.1166 of 2014 on his file before the appropriate Court within two months, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a case in Crime No.1166 of 2014 for offences under Sections 294B and 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of the Women Harassment Act, has been registered before the respondent.
