This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to handover the possession Shop No.T/C/P16 in Koyambedu Fruit Market, Koyambedu Whole sale Complex in Koyambedu, as per the representation of the petitioner dated 15/6/2021 within the time limit fixed by this Court.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner had submitted a representation, dated 15/6/2021 to the respondent, with regard to handover the possession of shop No.T/C/P16 in Koyambedu Fruit market. Since the same has not been considered so far, petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition praying for the relief as stated therein.

3. Heard Mr.M.Rajasekhar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Mrs.R.Revathi, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondent and submitted that they will consider the representation of the petitioner and orders will be passed soon.
