This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 340 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

Mr.A.Punithavanan, learned counsel who appeared on behalf of respondents 1 and 2, stated that they have no objection to this petition being allowed.

The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and consequently, the delay of 340 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is, otherwise, in order and list the same for admission on 29.06.2026 and shall also print the name of the respondent's counsel in the cause list, at the time of admission.
