ORDER

This petition has been filed challenging the order passed in CMP.No.657 of 2019 dated 06.01.2020 in STC.No.1002 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Gobichettipalayam, Erode, thereby dismissing the application filed by the petitioner under Section 91 Cr.P.C. to produce bank statement and income tax return 2.

On perusal of the impugned order it is seen that the court below has rightly dismissed the petition in CMP.No.657 of 2019 citing the judgment in the case of Devi Vs. S.Rajkumar reported in 2015(2) MWN (Cr) DCC 54 (Madras). Therefore, this Court does not find any illegality or irregularity in the order passed by the trial court and as such this Court is not inclined to allow the petition.

Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
