This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to provide the police protection to the petitioner and his family members for construction of compound wall in the petitioner's property comprised in Survey Number 348/5. 00106 sq.mt and Patta No.169. Situated at in Malaiyanur Village, Veppur Taluk, Cuddalore District in pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 28.12.2022.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of this writ petition, this Court is inclined to direct the first respondent to issue 2/4

notice to the petitioner and private respondents 2 to 5 and after giving opportunity of hearing them to dispose of the representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
