ORDER

This Court, by an order dated 28.2.2014 in W.P.No.6172 of 2014, directed the respondent herein to consider the representations dated 3.1.2012 and 24.12.2012 submitted by the petitioner, by taking note of the entire factual scenario right from the year 2002 and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. specified time, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that as per the direction of this Court, the respondent herein has passed an order dated 4.2.2016 on the representations of the petitioner, by rejecting the same.

3. Since the respondent has passed an order on the representations of the petitioner, I am of the opinion, nothing survives in this contempt petition for adjudication and hence, the contempt petition is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved over the order passed by the respondent, she is at liberty to challenge the same in a manner known to law, if she is so advised.
