The above application is filed to grant leave to sue the respondent/1st defendant who is residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court, on the ground that the money had been paid to the respondent at Mandavalli within the jurisdiction of Chennai and the respondent is an agent who is attached to the office of the Life Insurance Corporation of India at which is also within the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. Considering the fact that the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court though the defendant is residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court, the application is allowed and the leave is granted.
