Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959, and consequently restrain the respondents from taking any decisions regarding the appointment of full time staff pending the appointment of a validly constituted Board of Trustees. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard.

2. Challenge to the recruitment process is premised on the ground that the recruitment process is in violation of the provisions

applicable/governing the recruitment.

3. It is well settled that no public interest litigation is maintainable in the matter of recruitment/service matters. Therefore, by way of public interest litigation, we are not inclined to interfere with the process of selection.
