ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) This writ petition has been filed praying for issuance of a mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to evict the encroachment, as found in National Highways No.66 at Uthangarai Town, Krishnagiri District, in front of the building of the petitioner, in Survey No.27/2D2, within a time frame.

2. A perusal of the affidavit shows that the petitioner has neither made out a prima facie case nor has produced any tangible material to accept his prayer. Therefore, finding no merits whatsoever, the writ petition
