O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside and modify the condition imposed on the petitioner, requiring him to execute a indemnity bond for a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- with two sureties, each for a sum each Rs.10,000/-, as per the order of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Vazhapadi in Crl.M.P.No.6 of 2025 dated 20.01.2025.

2. Heard the both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. After hearing both sides and considering the submisions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to set aside and modify the condition as prayed for.

4. In view of the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6 of 2025, passed by the learned District Munsif -cumJudicial Magistrate, Vazhapadi, is hereby set aside.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is modified.
