This Petition has been filed to recall the order dated 27.01.2022 passed in W.P.No.6931 of 2017, dispose of the writ petition after hearing the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the learned counsel name was wrongly printed in the cause list. Therefore, he could not appear before this Court on that day.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered and the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.6931 of 2017 dated 27.01.2022, is hereby recalled.
