(CRIME NO.155 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 26.08.2021 made in Crl.M.P.No. 8331 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No. 11231 of 2021 that the petitioner should appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30a.m till the filing of chargesheet and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.N.BALAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.11231 of 2021 dated 30.06.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation and the Investigating Officer has completed the investigation and filed a final report.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police, is relaxed.
