ORDER

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has placed before this Court the Proceeding of the respondents dated 24.08.2023 by which the order dated 17.10.2022 passed in W.M.P. No.25807 of 2022 in W.P. No.26752 of 2022 has been duly complied with.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner also agrees with the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. He would submit that only the arrear amount of subsistence allowance has been paid, but not the future payments. 3.However, it is seen from the order that a direction was given to the respondents only to pay the arrears of subsistence allowance and not the future payments. Since the order has been duly complied with, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
