This petition is filed to condone the delay of 7 days in filing the writ appeal.

2. Mr.Karthik Rajan learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides. Learned counsel for the respondents has got no serious objection for condoning the delay.

4. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on both sides and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to number the appeal and list the same for admission, if it is otherwise in order.
