pri 2.It is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader that this Court vide order dated 21.09.2022 made in W.P.No.25313 of 2022 directed the first respondent in the writ petition to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.08.2022 and to pass appropriate orders, pursuant to which, the petitioner's property was measured and order was passed on 09.12.2022.

3.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed.
