TN - 30 - AW - 3726 on petitioners representation dated 3.2.2015 For Petitioner : Mr.D.Magesh For Respondents : Mr.Durai Solai Malai Additional Government Pleader

2. The petitioner was riding a two wheeler viz., Honda Shine bearing Registration No.TN21 AD 9006 and when he was nearing Kancheepuram Gandhi Road, a TATA ACE vehicle bearing Registration No.TN30 AW 3726, driven in a rash and negligent manner dashed against him and consequently he has fallen and sustained grievous injuries. The petitioner was admitted to hospital and a surgery was done and thereafter, he approached the 2nd respondent Police Station for getting the particulars of the offending vehicle and since, no response is forthcoming, he submitted a representation dated 03.02.2015 to both the respondents and nothing had fructified so far, hence, came forward to file this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.D.Magesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Durai Solaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice for the respondents.

4. This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the representation, directs the respondents to consider the representation dated 03.02.2015, submitted by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, as expeditiously as possible and not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and inform the decision taken to the petitioner. 5 .
