This application is filed to permit the applicants/plaintiffs to take steps by substituted service of summons to the defendant Nos.10, 11, 12, 20, 21, 22, 24, 34, 39, 56, 58, 59, 90, 91, 93 and 99 in the above suit by way of publication in one issue of Tamil daily "Malai Murasu".

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the applicant is permitted to effect paper publication in one issue of "Malai Malar" Tamil daily in the Chennai Edition mentioning the date of hearing as 17.03.2025. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
