ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader accepting notice on behalf of the respondent. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ for the respondent would submit that the order, which is
the subject matter of contempt, has been complied with and a communication in this regard has been sent by the Additional Chief Secretary of Government, Highways Minor Ports [HM2] Department, Chennai-9 in letter No.1710/HM2/2017-2 dated 14.02.2017. He has also produced a copy of the said proceedings before this Court. The same is taken on file and recorded.
In view of the above, the contempt petition is closed.
