ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for

willfully disobeying the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.22137/2022 dated 24.08.2022.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of the writ court was complied with and the representation of the petitioner, seeking compassionate appointment was considered and rejected, since the petitioner had studied only IX Standard. To that effect, an order in Na.Ka.No.16928/ No.3/2022, dated 16.11.2022 was also produced before this Court.

3. Recording the above submission, this contempt petition as well as the sub application are closed. The personal appearance of the respondent is dispensed with. It is open to the petitioner to a challenge the above said order, if he so advised.
