The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.01.2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c), 17(a), 21(a), 22(a) of NDPS Act in Crime No. 17 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were already granted interim bail by the Courts below.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition, if so advised.
