O R D E R
The present writ petition is filed challenging the order of suspension issued by the respondent dated 26.2.2015.
2. The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner, states that during the pendency of the writ petition disciplinary proceedings were concluded and subsequently, another order of suspension was issued and the same is also under challenge in W.P.No.28107 of 2017.
3. The learned Standing Counsel, appearing on behalf of the respondent, made a submission that pursuant to the enquiry conducted, the writ petitioner was imposed with the punishment https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
of termination of service on 23.10.2017. This being the factum of the case, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the present writ petition filed challenging the order of suspension dated 26.2.2015.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
