When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Government Advocate that the order passed in W.P.No.3702 of 2021 dated 15.11.2023 was already been complied with by passing an order in proceedings e.f.vz;.21/M6/2023 dated 16.05.2024 and a copy of the same is also placed before this Court. 1/3

In view of the same, the cause in the contempt petition does not survive and the same is accordingly closed.
