ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 25.07.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.13504 of 2013, thereby directing the respondent to effect notional

promotion to the petitioner from the year 2010-11 to the post of Sub Registrar and disburse all the monetary benefits within a period of twelve weeks.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent disbursed all the monetary benefits to the petitioner by the proceedings dated 25.02.2025. He also produced a copy of the proceeding dated 25.02.2025 before this Court.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
