2. It is represented that the warrant has been executed and the vehicle has been seized.

3. The Advocate Commissioner has already been paid initial remuneration of Rs.15,000/-.

4. Taking note of the efforts taken by the Advocate Commissioner, the applicant shall pay the Advocate Commissioner, an additional remuneration of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only). Recording the fact that the vehicle has been seized, this application is closed. The Advocate Commissioner shall stand discharged.
