ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the Additional Mahila Court at Egmore to speed disposal the hearing of the case in DVC No.109 of 2019 and to decide the case within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Additional Mahila Court at Egmore to expedite the hearing in DVC No.109 of 2019 and complete the same, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
