The above contempt petition has been filed for willful disobedience of the orders and directions passed in WP.No.15578/2014 dated 07.01.2015 and 13.02.2015 by the respondent herein.

2.Learned Government Advocate would submit that as against the order and direction issued by this Court, a writ appeal has been filed and it has been numbered as WA.No.868/2015.

3.Recording the same, the contempt petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to agitate his rights after the disposal of the writ appeal.
