Contempt petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents for the deliberate and willful disobedience of the order dated 27.03.2024 passed by this Court in WP.No.14726 of 2023.

ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed praying to punish the respondents for the deliberate and willful disobedience of the order dated 27.03.2024 passed by this Court in WP.No.14726 of 2023, thereby the respondents were directed to declare that the petitioner has completed his probation in the cadre of Junior Assistant to confer all other consequential service and monetary benefits within a time frame. 2/4

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.14726 of 2023 dated 27.03.2024 has been complied with by the respondents.
