Original Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to Interim Injunction restraining respondents/defendants or their men or agent or anyone acting on their behalf from alienating or encumbering the suit properties pending disposal of the above suit. This Original application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:- This application has been filed seeking an order of injunction restraining the respondents from alienating or encumbering the suit properties, pending disposal of the suit.

2. Notice was ordered on 17.04.2015 and eventually, the respondents were served.

The 3rd defendant/3rd respondent has filed a written statement in the suit.

3. Considering the fact that the application has been pending without any interim orders for more than four years, I do not find any justification in keeping this application pending. Any sale made, subject to the result of the suit. Hence, this application is closed as no further orders are necessary.
