ORDER
(delivered by SATISH K.AGNIHOTRI, J.) Seeking a direction to the respondent to produce the body and person of the husband of the petitioner by name M.Kumaresa Nadar @ Cherma Kumaresan, aged about 29 years, before this Court, the petitioner has filed the instant Habeas Corpus Petition.
2.With the consent of the parties, on 08 October 2014, a Division Bench of this Court, referred this matter to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre.
3.Today, it is reported that the dispute has been settled by Mediation Agreement dated 07 April 2015. The said Mediation Report is submitted before this Court.

4.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of in terms of the Mediation Agreement dated 07 April 2015, annexed herewith as a part of this order.
