Mr.A.Antony Arockia Raja, learned Standing counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, this contempt petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This contempt petition has been filed challenging the order passed in W.P.No.2704 of 2016, dated 27.01.2016.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the entire service benefits was given to the petitioner and only the interest amount is due.

4. In the light of the above submissions made by the learned counsels on either side, this contempt petition stands closed. The respondents shall pay the interest to the petitioner, if any, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
