This petition has been filed to relax the condition as to direct the petitioner to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation, which is imposed on Crl.O.P.No.23299 of 2022 dated 28.09.2022.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learend Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has not complied the condition imposed by this Court. 3.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was met with an accident and he was admitted in the hospital and he could not move from one place to another place, thereby, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 4.Considering the submissions made by either side, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
