This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file final report in Crime No.124 of 2023 pending on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned 1/3

Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent. 3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the 1st respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 07.04.2023, no final report is filed till date. 4.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the 1st respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months. 5.In view of the above, the 1st respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the de facto complainant. 6.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
