This petition has been filed to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall stay at Chengalpet and not to leave Chengalpet district and report before the respondent police everyday evening at 05.00 p.m. until completion of trial"

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court at 10.30 a.m., during the Court hearing dates.
