Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the fourth respondent in Pen.32/III/Pt 8573/PPO D 3209862 dated 23.05.2014 and quash the same and direct the said pension to be paid to the petitioner.

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to quash the order of the fourth respondent dated 23.05.2014 and grant all the pensionary benefits to G.Vijayalakshmi, daughter of late P.N.Govindhasamy, who had worked in the Education Department.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that G.Vijayalakshmi, died on 03.03.2019 and Suseela, guardian of G.Vijayalakshmi also died on 15.02.2019. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.
