ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The 164 statement of the victim girl has been recorded wherein she has narrated the forcible penetrative sexual offence committed by the petitioner herein at knife point. The prosecution has completed the investigation and has filed the final report. 2.The petitioner herein, who is 52 years old with bad antecedent in a drunken mood, had committed penetrative sexual offence on a minor girl. Taking note of the alleged offence, this Criminal Original Petition for bail is dismissed.
