O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.1232 of 2015 dated 20.01.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate submitted that pursuant to the direction issued by this Court, the Government has passed G.O.(Ms.)No.210, Revenue [LD6(1)] Department dated 29.05.2015. The copy of the said Government Order has been given to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. In that view of the matter, the Contempt Petition is closed and it is open to the petitioner to challenge the said G.O., if he is aggrieved. If the order has not been officially communicated to the petitioner, the respondent is directed to communicate the said G.O to the petitioner

within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by registered post.
