The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the order, which is the subject matter of contempt, has been complied with, vide the communication of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Virudhachalam, in Na.Ka.No.7/161/2016 dated 30.12.2016 addressed to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Virudhachalam. He has also produced a copy of the said proceedings before this Court. The same is taken on file and recorded. 3.

Recording the same, the contempt petition is closed.
