This petition has been filed by the petitioner/management to implead the respondents 3 to 6 as party respondents in the main writ petition as legal representative of the second petitioner - D.Mohanraj, who is no more.

2.In view of the above, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to carryout the amendment accordingly and post the matter for hearing on 19.11.2020. In the meanwhile, notice to the newly impleaded respondents returnable by then.

Private notice is also permitted.
