ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 306A of IPC in Crime No. (Not Known) of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioners herein are apprehending arrest in connection with suicidal death of one Lakshmi.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) states that there is a recorded conversation of the deceased as well as a written letter indicating the petitioners as cause for her death.

4. It appears that there was some money transaction between the petitioners and the deceased, as the petitioners have failed to pay the money back to the deceased, which has lead to the suicide. bail to these petitioners will not help the Investigating Officer to proceed with the investigation. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
