This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vanoor, Villupuram District to complete the trial of the above case in C.C.No.37 of 2007 on his file within the reasonable time of 3 months.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that 7 witnesses were examine and 5 more witnesses have to be examined in this case.

3. The learned public prosecutor submitted that the case is adjourned to 17.02.2015 for examination of LW 12. Further, the learned public prosecutor submitted that let there be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vanoor, Villupuram District to dispose of the case in CC.No37 of 2007 on or before 31.05.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In that view of the matter the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vanoor, Villupuram District is directed to dispose of the case in CC.No37 of 2007 on or before 31.05.2015.
