Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition, for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the petitioner's land bearing Survey Numbers 88/6A and 88/6F situated at Poolambedu Village, Veppur Taluk, Cuddalore District, by considering his representation dated 20.06.2018.

3. The case of the petitioner is that he is in possession and enjoyment of the property in Survey Numbers. 88/6A and 88/6F situated at Poolambedu Village, Veppur Taluk, Cuddalore District. While so, he submitted a representation dated 02.06.2018 to the first respondent to survey the aforesaid property, but, the same was not considered. Hence, the writ petition.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 02.06.2018 would be considered by the respondents concerned on merits and in accordance with law.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without going into the merits of the case, respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.06.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as all the necessary parties within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
